He was born in 1965.
In 1987 v graduated with distinctions from the Gorky Perm State University.
In 1989 v was admitted to post graduate courses of the economic department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 1990 v established the joint-stock company "The Perm Goods Commodity Exchange" that was afterwards reorganized into the JSC of the open type "The Perm Financial Production Group".
In 1995 he became the leader of ZAO Lukoil-Perm Co that had been established in accordance with the agreement between Perm Administration and JSC Lukoil.
A.R.Kuziaev is leading active public activity. He has been elected for the 2nd time deputy of Perm region legislative meeting where he occupies the post of the Chairman of economic policy and taxes committee. He is also a co-chairman of the deputy group "Industrialists of Prikamie" that represents economical sector of the region.
In 1998 he was elected acting member of RF Academy of mining sciences.
In 1999 he was awarded Friendship Order.
In 2000 in the rating of "Expert" magazine Andrey Kuziaev, general director of ZAO Lukoil-Perm, was named one of a hundred most influential enterpreneurs of Russia.
