Since 1993 - president of ONEXIM Bank, Chairman of board of directors of the bank 'International financial company'.
From August, 14, 1996 to March, 17, 1997 - first deputy Chairman of RF Government. Was responsible for economic issues and coordinated the work of RF Ministry of Economy, RF State committee on antimonopoly policy, RF State committee on State property administration, Russian fund of Federal property, Federal administration on bankruptcy issues, Federal committee on securities market, RF Federal Power committee.
Since May, 1997 - president of ONEXIM Bank.
Since May, 26, 1998 - because of the reorganization of the group ONEXIM-Renaissance was appointed to the post of the president, chairman of board of directors of the holding company 'Interros'.
