Biography
Born in 1940 in Okha city, Sakhalin region.
Upon graduation from the Academy of oil and gas and Academy of foreign trade worked on oil deposits of the Far East in the Association 'Sakhalinneft' and 'Vostokneft'.
Since 1982 - works in the sphere of foreign economic connections of 'Technoexport' Co, USSR Ministry of oil industry. Free knowledge of Arabian and English.
Since 1989 - general director of Russian foreign trading association 'Zarubezhneft'.
