Yukos Head Ally Innocent

Mikhail Khodorkovsky?s companion Platon Lebedev has stated a court that charges in fraud had no relation to him.

As we remember, former head of Menatep Group, Lebedev has been on trial alongside Khodorkovsky since June 2004.
He claimed there were "absurd contradictions" in the case. He insisted, he could not see the legal basis of the charges he faced, which also include allegations of tax evasion.

In the court he said, "To my embarrassment, I could not understand the file of complaints against me.?
