It is jointly held by the Trade Development Bureau Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and Electric Power System Committee of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering.

The Grand Event has been greatly supported not noly by the related Chinese Government Institutions but also get the great support from the Delegation of the European Union to China, WADE, IEC, Danish Energy Association,Danish Intelligent Energy Alliance,Japan Power Technology, European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, GIC German Industry & Commerce Greater China and Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
