Sofia, March 15 - Neftegaz.RU. Bulgarian oil refiner Lukoil Neftochim Burgas, part of Russia's Lukoil, said on March 14 that it has opened a 30 million levs ($17.3 million) tender for an upgrade of piers 1, 2 and 3 of its Rosenets Port terminal, Bulgarian Seenews reported.
Candidates must have a total turnover from similar works in the past 3 years of at least 59 million levs ($34 million), Lukoil Neftochim Burgas said in a tender notice.
The Rosenets Port terminal will continue normal operations during the overhaul works. The deadline for submitting offers is May 9. Bids will be ranked based on price.
Rosenets Port terminal is located in the southern part of Burgas Bay, on Black Sea coast. The terminal is part of Burgas port. Lukoil Neftochim Burgas operates the terminal under a concession contract from May 2011.
