The wife of former Enron finance chief Andrew Fastow, Lea Fastow, who also known as swindler, today swaps her house worth 400,000 pounds for a separate prison cell in a jail in Houston.
Lea is to endure a one year punishment for signing a fraudulent tax return to help her husband hide illegal schemes that fuelled the energy company's crash.
Her lawyers had gained leniency for Fastow on the grounds that co-operation by her and her husband has helped cast the net further up the chain at Enron.
