The agreement envisages cooperation on geological surveys, exploration and production of mineral resources, expansion of gas station network, training of oil and gas workers, and environmental protection.

As part of the addendum to the agreement, the parties agreed on a road map to intensify the use of products and technologies supplied by companies of the Tyumen Region, including those which substitute imported alternatives.
