Gazprombank, the lending arm of Russian gas producer OAO Gazprom, plans to sell 50 billion rubles ($2 billion) of bonds.
Gazprombank's board approved the sale of 10 billion rubles of three-year bonds and two five-year bonds of 20 billion rubles each, the bank said in separate regulatory filings today.
