On September 18, Dung delivered a speech to the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Forum in Russia themed «Prospect of Vietnam-Russia Cooperation in the context of Vietnam-Eurasian Free Trade Agreement», saying that the reduction of half of tariffs to 0% and trade facilitation terms would open up chances for Vietnam and member states to promote trade, investment and services.

Also an inter-field pipeline was launched to connect the field with the company’s major oil treatment and transportation facilities. In addition, First Deputy General Director of Vietsovpetro, Viktor Maltsev, has reported about the progress of realization of the final stage of the field facilities construction for the Block 04-3 Thien Ung offshore field, namely, installation of the well-head platform’s (WP) topside structure. This joint project of Zarubezhneft and Petrovietnam designed for its own gas production and transportation and the gas transit from Dai Hung field.

All construction operations were performed by Vietsovpetro using its own resources. Compressors’ capacity totaled more than 3 million cubic meters of gas per day. The Thien Ung WP is expected to be commissioned in the middle of October 2016, and there is a plan to deliver the first gas from the field to the shore before the end of the year.
