According to Gazprom Export operative data on November 3, 2017, Gazprom Group supplies to the Far Abroad countries from January to October 2017 increased by 13.2 bcm and reached 157,15 bcm, exceeding the relevant figures of the same period of 2016 by 9.2%.
Comparatively, throughout 2015 Gazprom Export sold in foreign markets a total of 158.6 bcm of gas.
Since January to October, 2017, Gazprom increased its exports to the Western and Central Europe countries which will be able to receive gas from Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.
Supplies to Germany increased by 8.6%, to France — by 5.9%, to Austria — by 42.7%, to Slovakia — by 26%, to the Czech Republic — by 28.7%.
The increase in demand for the Russian gas is also observed in the markets of the future Turkish Stream gas pipeline.
The supplies to Turkey increased by 22,5%, to Hungary — by 25,9%, to Serbia — by 27,6%, to Bulgaria — by 7,4%, to Macedonia — by 50%, to Greece — by 12,5%, to Bosnia and Herzegovina — by 13,2%.
