South African gold producer Gold Fields announced that Russia?s largest metals producer Norilsk Nickel, the largest shareholder of the SA company, has accepted Gold Fields' invitation to appoint two non-executive directors to Gold Fields BOD.
The names of the two new directors will be announced in due course.
Gold Fields' CEO Ian Cockerill said, "We are
