The planned overhaul operations provide for implementing a whole range of measures designed to ensure long-term, safe and reliable operation of the technological equipment of the Oil Refinery and Petrochemical Plant Complex during the repair period.
During the overhaul period, it is necessary to clean and revise 235 vessels and apparatuses, replace the catalyst at 4 reactors and reforming furnaces, revise and test 179 pipelines, repair and revise more than 180 valves and control valves, maintain 2 compressor units, which are the heart of the complex hydrocracking unit.
The work on carrying out the repair operations has been organized around the clock. Employees of a number of specialized organizations, totaling 511 people, have been involved in the repair. A significant part of the work is carried out by the personnel of the TANECO repair service.
Despite the overhaul works, all TATNEFT filling stations will be fully provided with high-quality motor fuels produced by TANECO.
