The assets have been sold to its subsidiary of ?Mining company Aldanzoloto", which is now controlled by investment group ?ALROSA".

?Russkiye fondy?, the minor shareholder of ?Aldanzoloto? is going to appeal against the transaction.
However, lawyers suppose that ?Russkiye fondy? has little chance for victory.
