Diamond Cutting By New Rule

The government of Yakutia, an autonomous republic in Russia, has legalized the State control in the field of diamond cutting.

Under the control the legislation power is given to the organizations controlling Yakut diamond complex including Diamond Council and Diamond Producers Association.
