Russia:Gold, Silver Deposit Auctioned for 701 Mln

Russia?s Bystrinskoe dold and silver deposit was sold on Friday, January 14 an auction in Chita? Siberia.

The deposit was sold for 701 mln roubles, that is by 50 times more than its starting price. Three companies participated in the auction: Bystrinskoe, Interline and Novatsiya and Technologiya.

The resources of the deposit are expected to be up to 1 mln tons of copper, 30 tons of gold and 150 tons of silver.
