U.S. gold futures ended slightly higher Tuesday, as the euro rose against the US dollar, dealers said.
February delivery gold futures rose 50 cents to $423.50 an ounce on the New York Mercantile Exchange's COMEX division, after trading a tight range of $424.20 to $421.40.
