Russian largest gold mining company Polus, the subsidiary of the national metals giant Norilsk Nickel, is likely to separate from its parent company this year. Polus intends to independently enter the list in foreign stock exchanges.
The move may significantly increase the company?s chances to win the auction for Sukhoi Log deposit selling; and coordinate with Norilsk Nickel SA partner Harmony.
