Gold settled slightly higher on Monday
Gold settled slightly higher Monday on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Dow Jones reported.
August gold settled 90 cents higher at $425.90 per ounce while September
silver ended the session up 2.5 cents at $7.140.
While the metals did not stray too far from trading ranges seen Friday, Bill
O'Neill, principal at LOGIC Advisors, said the lows made last week represent
the bottom for gold and silver.
