Gold inched up Thursday after being traded to nearly a two-week high then retreated as it followed the moves of the euro, traders said.
Gold futures for December delivery rose 20 cents to close at $467.70 an ounce on the New York Mercantile Exchange's COMEX, coming off the $470.90 high they reached earlier.
