Halliburton has recognized three of four bodies which were found after an attack on a supply convoy in Iraq on April 9.
"Halliburton extends its sincere condolences to the families of these employees," spokeswoman Wendy Hall said in a statement.
A week ago four bodies had been found after the attack west of Baghdad. The identity of the fourth person has not been announced.
The three identified as Stephen Hulett, 48, of Manistee, Michigan; Jack Montague, 52, of Pittsburg, Illinois; and Jeffery Parker, 45, of Lake Charles, Louisiana.
The men were working in Iraq for Halliburton subsidiary KBR.
Recently civilian contractors in Iraq have come under increasing attacks and Halliburton has lost 33 staff and contractors while doing work in the Kuwait-Iraq region.
Four other KBR employees are still missing.
