Today several explosions took place in Turkey, bursting two small tourist hotels and a gas plant in Istanbul.
Those were presumably terrorist attacks, which killed at least one person and injuring seven others, Turkish police said.
The explosion at a liquefied petroleum gas plant occurred after an anonymous bomb threat by phone, police said. It was not clear if there were any casualties.
Authorities said a fire touched off by the blast at the plant, where cooking gas canisters were filled, was under control, private NTV television reported.
