Investigation into the massive explosion at BP?s oil refinery in Texas has started. The blast killed 15 and injured over 100 people.
The blast shook buildings up to five miles away. It took two hours to extinguish.
Investigators from British Petroleum and the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration have begun an inquiry into the cause of the explosion.
BP officials refused to assume what had caused the blast, but ruled out the version of terrorism. "We have no reason to believe that this was caused by an outside agent," a BP spokesman said.
