We are pleased to inform you that the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) is again coordinating a unified Canada Stand presence at KIOGE 2011.
KIOGE is Central Asia's largest and most influential trade event for the oil and gas industry. It is the focal point for the sector in Kazakhstan and the highest profile event in the calendar for the region. KIOGE comprises an exhibition and conference and has helped to introduce more than 5,000 companies into the market, a great many of which now have well-established businesses in Kazakhstan.

KIOGE benefits from the official support of the Ministry of Oil & Gas of the Rebublic of Kazakhstan and the national oil and gas company, KazMunayGas. Official event support is also provided by the Almaty City Akimat, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan and a number of diplomatic missions from participating countries.
CERBA has booked up 85 sq metres in Pavilion 10 (same spot as previous years) in an island configuration (see attached plan). The shape is such (17 m x 5m) that I am proposing booths to be open at both "ends", i.e. to both aisles. Therefore the sizes will have to be in multiple of 5 (e.g. 5 x 2; 5 x 3 or 5 x 4). We already have confirmation from 2 companies; we are seeking up to 4 more.

PRICING
FINAL Pricing will be dependent on the number of companies interested in participating and how much space they require. The prices that follow are TENTATIVE and will be tied to the exchange rate current at the time.
Again this year we are continuing with a two point pricing structure. The cost for CERBA member exhibitors will be at a $1,500 discount from non-member pricing. Prices for members will be about $9,200 for 10 sq. metres, $14,400 (C) for a 15 sq. metre booth, and $19,200 for 20 sq. metres. This includes registration, booth design, 2 stools, table, electrical access, waste basket and counter. The price is very similar to the cost of participating solely at the Show, but includes the island configuration and unified marketing presence, registration and listing in the show.
ALSO, we would like to offer again the Associate Exhibitor status option - a 1 metre wide poster space at which you may or may wish to have someone present. This cost would be $3500 (C) for members and $4500 (C) for non-members.
Please remember that registration alone for the event is 980 GB Pounds per exhibitor.
