The 6th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, one of the leading venues to discuss current gas industry issues, will take place between the 4 – 7 October 2016 at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center.
The 2016 Forum will be supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Gazprom, Russian Gas Society, National NGV Consortium of Italy – NGV Italy.
In line with the now-established tradition, this year’s International Congress of Oil and Gas Industry Professionals will host more than 40 events – conferences, round table discussions, alignment meetings, all of which will be scheduled during the Congress.
The convention program will include a comprehensive program of exhibitions which will include three international industry exhibitions InGAS Stream – Innovations in the gas industry, Gas-Engine Fuel and ROS-GAS-EXPO. They will demonstrate recent developments and promising projects in the gas industry manufacturing chain.
The 6th Gas Forum will place particular emphasis on the development of the gas-engine fuel market. NGV Italy in partnership with Gazprom Gas-Engine Fuel will complement the Gas-Engine Fuel Exhibition with a series of conferences and round-table discussions to allow debate of the achievements of international specialized companies.
The following companies have confirmed their participation in the Forum: Gazprom, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Group, Transneft, Bashneftegeofizika, Gazprom Proyektirovaniye, Stroytransgaz, Gazprom avtomatizatsiya, Salavatneftemash, Gazprom Gas-Engine Fuel LLC, GAZ Group, Gazprommash Plant, CJSC Pipeline Systems and Technologies, LLC Stroygazmontazh, ROSGAZ, CJSC Rosshelf, JSC Salavatneftehimremstroy and others. The Forum will also include an exhibition by Italian manufacturers of gas industry facilities.
In addition, the Forum’s programme will also include a Youth Day. The Youth Day events are intended to bring together representatives of the industry’s business elite and students from the leading universities in Russia and Europe to discuss career opportunities for promising professionals, and the future development of the gas industry as a whole. The first Youth Day was successfully held in 2015 and demonstrated willingness of global leaders to enter into dialogue with talented young people.
