Crude Oil Production
OAO TATNEFT produced 2,135,764 tons of crude oil in September accounting for 100.1 % versus September, 2011. During nine months of the current year the production amounted to 19,456,071 tons, which makes 63,133 tons more than in 2011 (100.3 %) with the above-the-plan production amounting to 444,444 tons (102.3 %). The amount of 19,124,302 tons of crude oil was delivered to customers with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 530,612 tons.
New Drilling
The new drilling penetration for 9 months of 2012 amounted to 491.7 thousand meters (465.6 thousand meters in 2011). Of this amount 365.1 thousand meters (371 thousand meters in 2011) were penetrated for OAO TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 356 thousand meters and exploratory drilling in the amount of 9.1 thousand meters. 41.9 thousand meters (36 thousand meters in 2011) were penetrated for subsidiaries of OAO TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 33.4 thousand meters and exploratory drilling in the amount of 8.5 thousand meters.
296 wells (310 wells in 2011) were constructed and delivered to the customers: 210 wells (238 wells in 2011) were constructed for OAO TATNEFT, including production drilling accounting for 205 wells and exploratory drilling accounting for 5 wells. 22 wells (26 wells in 2011) were constructed for subsidiaries of OAO TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 18 wells and exploratory drilling in the amount of 4 wells.
Active Well Stock Drilling
The total penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores during nine months of 2012 amounted to 40.8 thousand meters (32.8 thousand meters in 2011) with 20.9 thousand meters (16.7 thousand meters in 2011) penetrated for OAO TATNEFT.
74 wells (75 wells in 2011) were delivered to the customers with 48 wells delivered to OAO TATNEFT (49 wells in 2011).
38 drilling crews have been performing well drilling operations since the beginning of 2012 and 10 drilling crews are engaged in drilling lateral and lateral horizontal wellbores. One drilling crew performs drilling to the bituminous deposits of Ashalchinskoye field for NGDU "Nurlatneft". The penetration per crew in new drilling amounted to 12,794 meters for 9 months of 2012, while in 2011 the penetration per crew amounted to 13,199 meters. 59.9 thousand meters were penetrated in new drilling outside the Republic of Tatarstan.
Repair of Wells
In September, 2012 remedial servicing operations were performed in 784 wells (749 wells in September of 2011) with a number of the wells subjected to remedial operations for nine months amounting to 6,358 wells (6,159 wells for 9 months of 2011).
40 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan, including 38 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Samara" and 2 wells for OAO "Ilekneft" (43 wells were repaired during 9 months of 2011, including, 34 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Samara", 5 wells for ZAO "KalmTatneft", З wells for OOO "Tatneft-Severny" and 1 well for OAO "Ilekneft").
Workover operations were performed in 1,861 wells (253 wells in September) During nine months of the current year, including production string sealing performed in 234 wells, shutting-off individual layers and recompletion in other intervals were performed in 122 wells, transfer of wells into different categories and wells completion for injection was carried out in 128 wells, liquidation of downhole complications and cleaning of production casing and bottomhole in 205 wells, installation of isolating packers and dual completion systems in 56 wells and physical liquidation and re-liquidation in 43 wells.
628 wells were worked over with application of coil tubing (76 wells in September), including 118 wells worked over through the annulus.
Formation hydrofracking operations were performed in 291 wells (26 wells in September) comparing to 241 wells during 9 months of 2011. The cumulative incremental crude oil production from the beginning of this method application amounted to 5 million 854 thousand tons.
27 small diameter wells were drilled and completed for OAO TATNEFT by the workover crews during nine months of 2012. At present drilling of three slim holes is in progress at NGDU "Prikamneft" and drilling of one well is underway at NGDU "Yamashneft".
Works on oil recovery enhancement were performed in 1,773 wells (187 wells in September), including chemical methods applied in 995 wells (93 wells in September). The incremental crude oil production resulting from application of crude oil recovery enhancement methods amounted to 4 million 352 thousand tons during the period of nine months with the application of chemical methods accounting for the production of 1 million 959 thousand tons.
Bottomhole area treatment operations with application of OAO TATNEFT's technologies were performed in 2,420 wells during nine months of 2012.
Production performance of OAO TANECO
The TANECO complex of Refining and Petrochemical Plants processed 618.2 thousand tons of oil and yielded 614.9 thousand tons of petroleum products in September of the current year.
