Oil spills in the sea of the eastern province of Chonburi will be wiped out over the next few days.
The Royal Thai Navy and the Habour Department have cleared the oil spills, caused by a recent crash between a Singapore-based vessel and a Panama-based oil tanker.
The collision led to the 20-tonne oil spills in the sea off Chonburi.
The success also was achieved by the fact that local and foreign trawlers were warned to keep away from the area.
