Chevron Texaco Raised Dividend

US oil company ChevronTexaco, the second-largest U.S. integrated oil company, announced that it raised its quarterly dividend 5 percent.

The company declared a dividend of 45 cents a share, payable June 10 to shareholders of record May 19.
