Harmony Sold Gold Fields Shares

South African gold producer Harmony Gold announced on Friday that it sold 30 million ADRs, or 6.1% of the shares out, in New York at $10.50 per share to realize $315 million.

Thus, the stock was offloaded at a discount of 5-6% to the weighted average price for the day.
