Russia's government and the state-run gas producer Gazprom have agreed the price of a 10.7 percent Gazprom stake, Russia?s Economy Minister German Gref said on Tuesday.
However, he did not reveal the price, saying only it would be between $6 billion and $8.5 billion.
"There is mutual understanding with Gazprom," he said.
The price could be revealed on Wednesday when Gazprom's board will meet to review the transaction, and may agree on the stake's value.
