Russian natural gas giant Gazprom plans to place a 4-year bond of 5 billion rouble ($176 million) next month, a source close to the deal said Wednesday.
Pricing for the deal, which has yet to be approved by the Gazprom board, would be determined by auction. Gazprom's latest rouble offering, with a five-year maturity, now yields 8.02 percent.
Andrei Kruglov, Gazprom CFO said that in addition to the rouble bond, Gazprom planned to issue Eurobonds in autumn or later, Vedomosti daily reported.
