Polymetall Company Board of Directors offered the company?s shareholders to approve the deal on purchase of 5400 shares of Serebro Magadana Company (80%) from Dukat Company.
Under the deal Polymetall is to have 100 percent stake of Serebro Magadana, the company that exploits Dukat silver and gold deposit, the largest one in Russia. The deposit is located in Magadan region.
