The creditors of Russian oil company Yukos want to get the access to the company's accounts in the United States
The creditors of Russian oil company Yukos, led by France?s Societe Generale went to the Harris court, Texas to get the access to the company?s accounts in the United States, Russia?s Kommersant daily reported.
Under the case with $482 million at stake, SG won the court injunction blocking Yukos from disposing of $18 million kept on the accounts of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Yukos it?s ready to pay back the sum and has called on the Texas South District Court to forward the banks? claim to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
