The net profit of Russian metals giant Norilsk Nickel said that in the second quarter of 2005 decreased by 37.63% and amounted to 9.565 bln rubles in comparison with 15.338 bln rubles of the first quarter.
This decrease is connected with the pass of 20.05% of Gold Fields Ltd shares to Polus Company, the subsidiary of Norilsk.
