Russian gas monopoly Gazprom signed an agreement with several Western banks on the attraction of unsecured loan facility to the extent of US$13.1 billion, AK&M agency reported.
The terms of the deal are not disclosed.
Gazprom representative Sergey Kupriyanov announced the Company doesn't comment information in view of the loan facility.
