Lukoil Attracts 3yr Loan To Buy Nelson

Russian oil major Lukoil intends to attract three-year term loan facility from ABN Amro, BNP Paribas and Citigroup to refinance 6-month loan to the extent of US$2 billion provided by Citigroup to acquire Nelson Resoures. The bookrunners of the loan are ABN Amro and BNP Paribas Citigroup, CBonds.info reported.

On October 13, LUKoil said it has attracted half-year term unsecured loan facility of Citigroup through its subsidiary LUKoil Finance Limited (Gibraltar) at the rate of US$2 billion to purchase Nelson.
