The 11th Asia Oil and Gas Conference will be held in Malaysia
The 11th Asia Oil and Gas Conference will be held here on June 11-13 to discuss and address issues and challenges facing the industry in the region, the organizer said here on Tuesday.
The annual conference themed "Balancing the Interest of Consumers and Producers" will discuss issues like oil supply and demand, security, transportation, new technology and services as well as other related matters, according to Malaysia's state-run oil company Petronas, one of the co-organizers of the event.
More than 1,000 officials and delegates from Austria, France, India, Japan, Indonesia and the United States are expected to be present at the Asia's premier oil and gas gathering, Petronas said.
The conference was inaugurated in 1996 and its delegates consisted of oil and energy executives, economists, bankers, investment analysis brokers, traders, service providers and government officials and representatives
