Russia?s gold reserves have risen to $237 billion, making it the world?s fourth biggest holder of gold.
In January ? April 2006 Russian gold mining increased by 4.4% as compared with the same period last year. In particular, in April it grew up by 3.2% in comparison with April 2005, but decreased by 6.3% as compared with March 2006.
