Russian state oil company Rosneft said Monday it had set the price for common shares and GDRs at $5.85-$7.85 per share ahead of its mid-July initial public offering.
The minimum bid to buy shares in the state-run crude producer in the IPO has been set at 15,000 rubles ($555), the company said in a statement.
