LUKOIL Bought Stake in a Russian Refinery

LUKOIL's oil refining subsidiary Permnefteprodukt has acquired 41.81% shares of Udmurtnefteprodukt refinery for RUB 700 million.

In future LUKOIL plans to increase its interest in Udmurtnefteprodukt to 95%.

Udmurtnefteprodukt controls 65% of the oil market of the Republic of Udmurtia. The Company comprises more than 100 petrol stations and 7 petroleum storage depots with the capacity of 390,000 tons.
