Norway's Oil and Energy Minister Odd Roger Enoksen admits that the authorities were aware
Norway's Oil and Energy Minister Odd Roger Enoksen admits that the authorities were aware of the approaching energy crisis, and that too little has been done to prepare for it.
However, Enoksen also blames the energy producers for having failed.
He admits that the energy crisis is a result of a failed energy policy over many decades. In his opinion, only a large scale use of biological energy will bring Norway out of the crisis.
"We are fortunate, with our large resources of forests, in regions were the population is highest," Enoksen says to Aftenposten.
