Russia, Belarus Reach No Consent On Gas Supply

Russia and Belarus still can't reach an agreement over a dispute about the cost of the Russian gas.

Russia has threatened to quadruple the price unless it takes control of Belarus' gas distribution network.

The dispute has strained relations between the two traditional allies.
