A male escort asked Lord Browne, BP CEO, for 300,000 pounds as part of an agreement he claims they reached at the end of their relationship, The Times reported.
Lord Browne was forced to resign after it emerged that he had lied to the High Court about his relationship with Jeff Chevalier .
Mr Chevalier, 27, last month contacted lawyers for Lord Browne, 59, asking for the cash settlement and payment of his university tuition fees which he believed he was owed.
Mr Chevalier claimed that Lord Browne reneged on a promise to help him adjust from his multi-millionaire lifestyle after their four-year relationship ended last year.
He sold his story to a newspaper and last month returned to Canada where he was reunited with his former boyfriend, John Trickey.
