Shell Petroleum Development Company on Tuesday denied an alleged plan to stop oil exploration in the Niger Delta.
Precious Okolobo, SPDC's acting manager, said in Port Harcourt, capital city of Nigeria's southeastern Rivers State, that the company would retain its headquarters in the city.
Okolobo ruled out an alleged plan that the company will relocate and halt oil exploration in the kidnapper-rampant Niger Delta and said that it would remain in the region despite the challenges it was facing.
