Brazil's state-controlled oil and gas Petrobras announced on Monday that its daily oil output reached 1,760,598 barrels in November, up 1.8 percent from October.
According to the company, the rise was prompted especially by operation of two new platforms, launched in Novemberm capable of producing 280,000 barrels daily altogether, said Petrobras.
Another reason was the resumption of production at three units that underwent "scheduled maintenance" in October.
The company added that daily output of natural gas was "stable"in November, registering 43,890,000 cubic meters in the domestic fields.
