Heritage Oil Moves Its Headquarters to Channel Islands

Canadian oil firm Heritage Oil Corp. has unveiled plans to move its head office from Calgary to the Channel Islands, change its name to Heritage Oil Ltd., and de-list its Toronto Stock Exchange shares so it can move to the London Stock Exchange.

The Company said the move is intended to raise its profile in Europe, and with the international oil and gas sector as a whole.
