Russia's law-enforcement authorities on Wednesday raided offices of Russian-British venture TNK-BP and questioned managers, which looks like the Kremlin's Yukos grab campaign.
There are speculations that the Russian administartion wants to buy out the Russian billionaire shareholders in the venture to become a partner of BP with the help of one of the state-owned energy majors.
The TNK-BP employees were temporarily banned from moving in and out of the firm's headquarters in Moscow on Wednesday morning. Later the police groups have searched on the upper floors of the company's office.
