Exxon Mobil director J. Stephen Simon is to retire at the end of next month.
Simon, 64, has served on Exxon's board since January 2006. He has been responsible for the company's petroleum refining and supply and chemicals manufacturing businesses since December 2004.
Simon joined Exxon in July 1967. Throughout his career, he has served as a business analyst, a manager, an executive assistant to the president of the company, a supply and transportation manager, a general manager, and chief executive of the Caribbean and Central America subsidiary.
