China Gas-SK Energy, a joint venture between SK E&S and China Gas, is the owner of a 50% stake in gas distributor Jinhua City Jiran Piped Gas for $10 million.
Jinhua City Jiran Piped Gas supplies piped gas to local end users in eastern China.
According to Chinaknowledge.com, the company reported sales revenue of CNY6.5 million in 2007.
In August 2007, China Gas-SK Energy purchased a 50% stake in China's Taizhou Gas.
