Russia's Gazprom says plans to finance large research with venture fund from 2011

Russia's gas giant Gazprom plans to finance its large research and development projects with the help of its venture fund from 2011, the company said on Thursday following a board meeting.
The fund's portfolio includes nine projects to create new equipment for the company's most important gas production and transportation facilities to be built or upgraded in the next three to seven years.
